Vintage gothic high waisted black light weight wool like fabric skirt with fabric covered buttons all the way up the front.  Waist also has belt loops.  Skirt is pleated all the way around and has a black fabric under lining with an off white lace at the bottom that peeks out.  No tags or labels found.
